Product Display and Information 
We attempt to display the products featured on our Site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of merchandise color, texture or detail will be accurate. On occasion, the Site may contain incomplete information, typographical errors, or inaccuracies as to description, pricing, promotions, sizing, fabrication, color or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice (including after your order has been placed). Prices are quoted in U.S Dollars and are valid only in the United States. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Returns

IndustrialeMart provides a 30-day money-back return policy for all products. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number for a refund. The items must be in a resalable condition with its original packaging, including any accessories and manuals. Products returned outside the 30-day window, as well as non-stocking items (e.g., LS MCCBs), will incur restocking fees. A 20% restocking fee or a minimum of $15, whichever is greater, will be applied.

Special orders (items ordered and delivered from outside the U.S.) and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are dead on arrival. If we do not receive products outside the 14 days from the date of RGA issued date, the policy will be subject to restocking fees.

For items shipped with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Once you have called to request your RA, IndustrialeMart will fax or email you a Customer RGA Form with the RGA number. We will not accept any returns without an RGA number. Fold the form and insert it inside a clear packing list envelope so that the return address is visible.

2. Products must be returned in the original boxes in like-new condition. Include all documentations, components as well as the original parts.  

3.  Freight charges for return are your responsibility unless the product is dead on arrival (DOA).

IndustrialeMart Warranty Return and Repair

Please call our Customer Service for RGA number or technical support before returning any product to us.

All Menics and Autonics products carry a 3 year warranty period and 1 year for other brands against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product proves defective in material or workmanship at IndustrialeMart discretion, it will be repaired or replaced. No product will be accepted without a RGA number. See Requesting RGA Number. The repaired or replacement will be shipped prepaid to customer. The replacement is your exclusive remedy and our sole obligation for any breach of warranty, except that, if, after a reasonable number of attempts, we are unable to provide you a product that meets that above warranty, we will refund the purchase price for that product, as our sole obligation and your sole remedy.

Some products may carry a shorter warranty term as specified in their product manuals.

IndustrialeMart responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited to repair or replace as stated in this warranty statement.

Warranty is not applied to products that have been subject to abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper installation or other acts which are not our fault, including damage caused in shipping. Also, warranty is not applied to products that have been damaged by external causes such as fire, flood, dirt, lightning, exposure to weather, supernatural effect, theft, blown fuses, improper use of any electrical source or connection to product against product manuals.

Limits of Liability

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number does not guarantee a refund or replacement. If manufacturer finds the problem of the returned product due to customer abuse, no refund or replacement will be offered.

IndustrialeMart will not accept any responsibility to issue credit for package damaged in transit for any reason. Freight charges for return are your responsibility unless the product is dead on arrival (DOA).

We do not accept liability beyond the remedies provided in this limited warranty or for consequential or incidental damages, including, without limitation, any liability for third-party claims against you for damages, for products not being available for use or loss of production. Our liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which we are responsible.

The content provided on this Site (including Content and Your Comments) is solely for informational purposes. It is your sole responsibility to consult a licensed physician or qualified health care professional for advice, diagnosis, and/or treatment of any health related condition. Submissions or opinions expressed on this Site are that of the individual expressing such submission or opinion and may not reflect our opinions.

International Access

This Site may be accessed from countries other than the United States and may contain products or references to products that are not available outside of the United States. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us or to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we limit or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you through the email, billing address or telephone number you provided when the order was placed.

Risk of Loss

Title to the items purchased and therefore the risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier pursuant to our standard terms of sale.

We may assign you a password and account identification to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. If to Industrialemart, notice will be sent to Industrialemart, Attention: Legal Department at admin @ industrialemart.com . If to you, notice will be sent to your last used billing address or the billing and/or shipping address in your online profile. Both you and Industrialemart agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent to the filing of any litigation against the other.
