Free Shipping
Free Shipping † is available for all domestic orders $100 and up including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. The $100 Free Shipping does not apply to any orders over 25 lbs in total weight. However, IndustrialeMart still provides Free Shipping for any orders $600 and more shipped to any states of the U.S. without a weight limit! Please note, IndustrialeMart utilizes our choice of carrier for the Free. Any phone orders will be charged with shipping
Additional Shipping Information
Any orders placed after 2:30pm CST will ship the following business day. All USPS order received after 9:30am CST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping made by own collect number
Depending on the contract between you and your carrier, a collection fee may be charged.
Shipping Delays due to holidays
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be consideredwhen calculating shipping times.
Billing and Shipping Information
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must beverified.
Shipping Cancellations, Refusals
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total (50%on international orders). Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
